WristMaze

About WristMaze

WristMaze is a 3D marble maze game for Apple Watch, made by Crawle AB in Stockholm.

Why WristMaze exists

I’m Tobias Vuorelma. I wanted a fun game you can play quickly and easily while you wait, for example on the bus. I also wanted to use the watch’s graphics to draw the board in real 3D, moving in depth as you tilt.

So I made WristMaze: a challenge where you can beat your own times and compete with others on Game Center, if you like.

What the game is

WristMaze is made only for Apple Watch, with no iPhone app. Tilt your wrist to roll the steel ball past numbered holes to the goal. Walls have sides and shadows, holes look drilled and the steel ball reflects the board.

The game holds 30 levels in 5 chapters, each with its own look, from 10-hole warm-ups to the 60-hole board. Marbles are earned by finishing a level without a fall, never sold.

Who makes it

My eldest daughter had no phone but was getting an Apple Watch, and I wanted her to be able to play her dad’s game too.

My company, Crawle AB in Stockholm, Sweden, makes it.
